How do I create an account?
Simply begin checkout and you’ll be prompted to create an account. Benefits include order tracking, faster future checkouts, and access to exclusive offers. We’ll never share your details – promise!
I forgot my password – what should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and we’ll email you a secure link to reset it. If you’re still having trouble, contact our admin team who will be happy to assist.
Delivery
Important: All delivery times are calculated from dispatch date (1-2 working days after ordering for quality checks).
What are my delivery options?
We offer two purr-fect delivery services:
- Express Delivery: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- Free Standard Delivery: Free on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
Do you deliver to my country?
We ship globally, except some remote areas in Asia and other locations. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm delivery availability. Our base in Stoke-on-Trent allows us to efficiently serve international customers.
How is my order packaged?
With the same care we’d want for our own cats! Fragile items receive special protective packaging, and all parcels are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We use minimal, recyclable packaging where possible.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and process your return (typically 3-5 working days), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and investigate with our delivery partners.
